Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NisonCo, a brand of Nison Consulting LLC (“we,” “us”), operator of Perennial (the “Service”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, book a demo, or use the Service.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you book a demo, contact us, or create an account, we collect details such as your name, email address, company, and any message you send. Account credentials (email and a hashed password) are collected to operate the Service.
  • Connected service data. When you connect WordPress, Shopify, or Google Search Console, the Service accesses content, pages, products, and search performance data through those platforms’ APIs using credentials you provide. Credentials are stored encrypted.
  • Automatically collected data. We collect log data, device and usage information, and use essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We use analytics cookies only where disclosed and, where required, with your consent.

How we use information

We use information to operate and provide the Service; to generate, optimize, and refresh your content; to respond to your inquiries; to secure, maintain, and improve the Service; and to comply with legal obligations.

Google API disclosure

Perennial’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Search Console data solely to provide SEO features within the Service and do not use it for advertising or sell it.

AI processing and subprocessors

Content generation and analysis rely on third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) and infrastructure providers. Data shared with these providers is limited to what is needed to perform the task you request and is subject to their terms. We do not use your private content to train third-party foundation models except as permitted by those providers’ standard API terms.

How we share information

We share information with service providers and subprocessors that help us run the Service, when required by law, and in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption of connected credentials at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at evan@nisonco.com. You can disconnect any connected platform at any time from your account settings.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to authenticate your session. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will provide notice and, where required, obtain consent.

Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

International users

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
